Heer is a postcard of love. It is romantic and rooted. It is a contemporary take on the traditional craft of Pakko embroidery from Gujarat. It is hand-embroidered by Ahir Artisans who believe themselves to be the descendants of the gopis of Gokul, who migrated to Kutch to stay close to their beloved Kanha. Each piece in this collection is a retelling of India’s rich storytelling craft legacy.
