Each of Rachnaa’s products is meticulously embellished by hand by our artisans. This means that on rare occasions, a slight difference in colour/design placement in the actual product is possible. We celebrate such small imperfections and differences because we believe they make our products truly hand-made & human.

Note for COD Availability: We are a small-scale, homegrown brand working with artisans from across the country. Our collections are slowly and mindfully hand-crafted over months, and for us to bring them to you, we have to invest significant time and money. Because of the artisanal nature of our work, it is not possible for us to bear the cost of orders refused on delivery. To protect what we do, we charge a small refundable token amount of INR 300 on COD orders, which is deducted from the final amount to be paid by the customer on delivery of the product.
