In case you would like to return our products, here is our policy on returns:
1. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, all our products are “Final Sale.” Also, as our Disclaimer mentions, there may be slight variations in the colors of fabrics, dyes, prints, embroideries and weaving of the actual product and image you see on your monitor. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors.
2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3. For authorization of return of your product please mail to us at info@rachnaa.co.in mentioning the following:
(a) Order Number
(b) Your Name
(c) Email id
(d) Product being returned
(e) Reason for Return
4. Our customer Care team must receive and approve your return request.
5. Return request placed over WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or call will not be accepted.
6. Upon authorization of your return request, please follow the steps below:
(a) Neatly pack the item you intend to return along with original packing material.
(b) Our courier guy will come to collect the product at a stipulated time.
7. Upon completion of above steps, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund in form of store credit.
8. In case the product being returned has no defects, forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted before issuing any refund.
9. All returns are subject to the discretion of Rachnaa.
STORE CREDIT
In cases where an exchange has been authorised from our side, once we receive the exchange order, it will take 3-5 business days for a store credit point equivalent to your purchase amount to appear in your profile. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a credit point, please feel free to contact us at info@rachnaa.co.in
CANCELLATIONS
We do not provide cancellations on order. Each of our products are meticulously hand-made with a lot of effort by our artisans. Please take your time to pick a piece that you would love to own and then only place an order with us.
Since each of our products is meticulously hand-made, we do not accept returns on orders. However in the rare case of receiving a damaged product we provide the option of exchanging the product. To process an exchange, please contact us for an exchange authorization.
We do not provide refund options on our pieces as each product we make is handcrafted and requires a lot of time and effort. However, in cases of production error, return can only be offered as a remake (in case of a faulty piece).
In case of a return, please ensure the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
A defect complaint and return request must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In cases where an exchange is authorised from our side, we offer an easy process. To exchange an item, please contact us and we will generate an exchange authorization for you if the reason is found valid. Exchange is only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a exchange authorization for your previous item.
